Services

  • Life rarely unfolds in a straight line. In individual therapy, I provide a space that is both structured and compassionate—where you can sort through challenges, gain perspective, and build skills that genuinely fit your life. My approach draws on evidence-based practices like CBT and ACT, while also recognizing and amplifying your existing strengths. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be holding you back and create practical strategies to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

  • A thorough evaluation is often the first step toward meaningful change. In this process, I take time to carefully understand your history, current concerns, and overall well-being. Using structured clinical interviews, standardized measures, and professional judgment, I work to provide a clear picture of what you’re experiencing. My goal isn’t just to assign a diagnosis—it’s to help you gain insight, answer lingering questions, and guide treatment in a direction that best supports your needs.

  • If you live outside of North Carolina, you may still be able to work with me through telehealth. Because I’m approved under PSYPACT—a program that allows licensed psychologists to practice across state lines—I can meet with clients virtually in most U.S. states. This makes it easier to start or continue therapy even if you move, travel often, or simply don’t live nearby. Please note that clients residing outside of North Carolina will need to pay privately, as insurance coverage only applies within NC.

  • I’m an in-network provider with several major insurance companies in North Carolina, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare. If you’re covered by one of these plans, therapy sessions may be partially or fully reimbursed, making care more accessible and affordable. My goal is to make the process as smooth as possible so you can focus on your well-being rather than paperwork.
